What we collect

Zentrox collects information you submit through the Start Your Project form, the homepage contact form, and job applications. That typically includes your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, message, project details, and any files you upload (such as a résumé or brief).

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, discuss project scope, and operate the company portal. We do not sell personal data.

Processors and storage

Form submissions and admin replies are processed through our hosting and email providers, including Resend for outbound transactional email. Uploaded files and admin records are stored on our servers and are limited to authorized administrators.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used for the admin session after sign-in. When privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) is enabled for this deployment, it measures aggregate page views without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking; this page will stay the source of truth for that configuration.

Retention

We keep inquiry and application records for as long as needed to respond, hire, or maintain business records, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.
